Shipping and Returns

*All orders under $999 will be charged a shipping fee depending on delivery location and weight. Free shipping subject to buyers location. 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Our Delivery Promise:

We promise to do our best to get your delivery to you in a timely manner, no matter how big or small your order. All orders are shipped from either VIC, NSW, QLD or WA depending on stock levels. Deliveries to VIC, S.A. and N.S.W. normally arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders to Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia normally arrive within 3-8 business days. Regional locations may in some instances take up to 15 days to arrive (This is a rare occurrence).

Please note that while these time frames are usually accurate, sometimes it may take longer than our estimated time frame for your delivery to arrive. Please understand that while we will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives in the shortest time frame possible, delivery time frames are dictated by the courier companies we use to deliver your goods and sometimes delays do happen due to unforeseen circumstances. It is for this reason that we advise you allow for up to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details to the email address you provided at the checkout page. 

Lost items in transit:

Although extremely rare, unfortunately from time to time courier companies misplace items. If the courier company deems your items as being misplaced or lost in transit then we will send out a replacement item at no extra cost*.

"Please note we cannot offer any replacements or refunds until the courier has deemed the item as "lost in transit". This may take up to 4 weeks from dispatch. 

Authority To Leave:

Authority to leave will allow the courier to leave your delivery at your front door or another location on your property of your choosing and not require a signature. If you wish do not wish to provide authority to leave, please leave a note in the 'order notes' section during the checkout process stating that you do not authorise for your order to be left without signature. Please note Office Furniture Sales will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Additional delivery fees:

We try hard to ship with the best courier companies at the lowest possible prices, and don't like having to pass on additional delivery fees, but sometimes our partner carriers are unable to deliver oversized items to some remote, regional or even residential areas. This means we have to find alternative delivery options and additional fees are likely to to charged. In some cases, we may need to ship to your nearest depot for collection and there may be additional charges. We will be in contact with you post-purchase if there are any additional charges or depot delivery required. You are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund in the case that any additional charges are applicable to your order.


Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us by emailing with your name and order no. as the subject. We will get back to you with your tracking information as soon as possible.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will investigate the matter further.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
